1. Shipping Policy

Free Shipping Threshold

Ecological Balancing Technologies Corporation (EBT Corp.) offers free USPS Priority Mail shipping on orders over $200 within the continental United States.

Excluded Regions & International Shipping

For orders shipped to Hawaii, Canada, and all other international territories or countries, standard shipping rates, customs duties, and applicable taxes will apply and are calculated at checkout.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing trackable carrier details once your order leaves our facility. For automated recurring subscription orders, shipments will process at your selected interval using these same regional rate structures.

2. Returns – 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your EnviroBiotics device. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the device within 30 days of shipment for a full refund credited to your original payment method.

Return Eligibility & Authorization

RMA Requirement: All returns must include an official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
How to Request an RMA: Contact our support team by phone at (833) 692-3883 or via email at contact@envirobiotics.com to obtain your form before shipping any items back.

Return Guidelines

To ensure your return is processed successfully, please adhere to the following preparation steps:

Remove the Cartridge: You must remove the probiotic cartridge from the device before shipping.
Cartridge Exclusion: We do not accept returns on cartridges, whether they are opened or unopened.
Condition & Accessories: Return the device in its original condition, packaged securely with all original accessory parts.
Alternative Packaging: If the original packaging is unavailable, please use a suitable, sturdy shipping box lined with protective bubble wrap.

Return Shipping Costs & Risk

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend utilizing a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Liability: EBT Corp. is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit back to our facility.

3. Replacements for Defective or Damaged Units

If your device is defective or arrives damaged, EBT Corp. will replace your unit with the same or a comparable product.

Replacement Process

Initiate the Request: Contact us at (833) 692-3883 or contact@envirobiotics.com to request a replacement RMA form.
Package the Unit: Return the defective device in its original packaging, including all accessories, following the same secure shipping guidelines outlined in the return section above.
Inspection & Fulfillment: Once your returned device is received, inspected, and approved by our team, you will receive an email confirmation detailing your incoming replacement shipment.

Please note that return shipping costs incurred for submitting a device for replacement are non-refundable.
